Arrivals are requested between 17 and 20h. If guests wish to arrive outside these times, they must inform us at least 48 hours beforehand. Guests arriving outside these times without prior arrangement may not claim damages as a result of an ensuing wait.
Rooms must be vacated by 11 h. Failure to do so may result in an additional night's charge.
In case of early arrivals or late departures, guests may leave their baggage in the breakfast lounge, at their own risk: we decline all responsibility in the case of problems.
GUESTS ARE REQUESTED TO ABIDE BY THE RULES OF THE HOUSE POSTED IN EACH ROOM.
To definitively confirm and guarantee a reservation, a credit card number is required (valid at the date of the start of the stay) accompanied by its expiry date and security number (the three last numbers on the back of the card). The cardholder authorises Les Loges de Saint-Sernin to debit an amount corresponding to 40% of the price of the stay.
Les Loges de Saint-Sernin may also accept as guarantee a cheque in euros equivalent to 40% of the price of the stay or a bank transfer equivalent to 40% of the price of the stay.
Reservations of 1 or 2 nights :
No penalty will be incurred if we are notified of a cancellation more than 48 hours before the start date of a one- or two-night reservation. The deposit will be reimbursed. If the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the start date, the total price of the reservation will be debited.
Reservations of more than 3 nights :
No penalty will be incurred if we are notified of a cancellation more than 72 hours before the start date of a reservation. The deposit will be reimbursed. If the reservation is cancelled between 72 and 48 hours before its start date, the first two nights will be debited. If the reservation is cancelled less than 48 hours before its start date, the entire price of the reservation will be debited.
These conditions apply regardless of the cause of the cancellation.
No-shows (non-cancelled reservations) will be billed for the entire price of the reservation.
SHORTENED RESERVATIONS
All reservations that are shortened by the client for no matter what reason, will not be eligible for a refund or reduction on the initial cost of the reservation.
ALL RESERVATION CONFIRMATIONS IMPLY TACIT ACCEPTANCE OF THESE SALES CONDITIONS
