The typically french breakfast is served in a convivial atmosphere at the communal breakfast table in the company of the lady of the house. An amazing array of homemade jams to try, from the original and creative pear-quince-cinnamon, clementine-mango or even grapefruit-Schweppes to the more classic strawberry, apricot or plum, all tasty additions to this hearty breakfast.
During the week, the bread is supplied by Anne and François Xavier's independant bakery where the bread is made and baked on site using traditional methods.
In fine weather breakfast can be served outside. On prior request, it can also be served in the room.

What a beautiful and immaculate homebase in Toulouse! Look no further. Sylviane is a gentle and generous host and the B&B accomodations and breakfasts are first class. The location is also incredible - just one block from the Basilica and several blocks from the Pont Neuf and charming narrow winding pedestrian roads of Toulouse.
